3. No Online Appointment Booking (Currently)
At present, this Site does not offer online appointment booking. To schedule an appointment, please contact us directly using the phone number or email listed on the Site.
We intend to introduce online scheduling through a third-party tool (such as Calendly) in the future. When this feature is launched, additional terms specific to booking, cancellations, and rescheduling will be published and linked from the relevant page.

Once online booking is introduced, the following general principles will apply (and may be elaborated further at that time):
Until online booking is live, appointment arrangements made by phone or email are subject to confirmation by our clinic staff.
